Self-excluding from lotoquebec.com
Duration: From three months to five years
Enrolling in the self-exclusion program is free, confidential and irrevocable.
Is it for me?
The self-exclusion program is intended for anyone who wants to stop gambling on lotoquebec.com.
The program lasts longer than the break from gambling since it blocks your access to the site for a time ranging from three months to five years.
Once activated, online self-exclusion is irrevocable for the entire time you selected.
What does it involve?
It’s a formal commitment
- Your lotoquebec.com account will be deactivated.
- Enrolling in the program is irrevocable, and once it’s activated, the access ban can’t be interrupted or lifted.
It’s Loto-Québec supporting you
- Every new online customer’s identity is checked to make sure a person enrolled in the program can’t open a new account.
- Your Casino Privilèges Club membership is suspended, and you won’t be able to sign up while your self-exclusion is in effect.
- Loto-Québec won’t send you any communications (including Casino Privilèges ones) during your self-exclusion and for one year after your self-exclusion ends (except for the Lotteries Newsletter, from which you must unsubscribe yourself).
- Loto-Québec will refund you any balance remaining on your account.
How do I do that?
Before enrolling
Loto-Québec staff are trained to support anyone who asks for help or shows signs of distress. This is what we call the support chain. It’s implemented to support the person and lead them toward appropriate support resources.
